Hello! I’m Katie, and I’ve had the pleasure of working with John Pharr as his assistant for the past three years. My journey into finance is unique—I don’t have a traditional background in the field. In fact, before joining this team, I spent seven years working in childcare and have been a passionate dance teacher since I was 16. Teaching dance remains one of my greatest joys in life.
I was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida, a city I hold close to my heart. Whether it’s exploring local coffee shops or catching a sunset on the beach, I love immersing myself in the community. This job has offered me the opportunity to connect with people, learn continuously, and grow in ways I never imagined.
